Břeclav Industrial Park is located on the southern side of Břeclav and is easily accessible by public transport. The area built at the beginning of the 1970s offers currently 2,000 m2 of space to rent. Břeclav Industrial Park consists of two warehouses, a factory and two office buildings, which are generally in good condition. In 2008 there was a significant reconstruction of the whole area. The building has complete network connections – water, electricity, sewerage, gas, telecommunication. There are installed racks (aisle, inland).
