Urbanity Campus Tachov, in the Plzeň Region about 20 km from the German border and 10 km from the D5 motorway, offers three warehouse and production halls for lease with a total of 46,348 m² (from 10,368 m² to 18,742 m²). The first hall, Delta, will be available in January 2027 and the last, Sigma, in June 2027; availability is scheduled rather than immediate.
Location
The campus sits in Tachov, around 10 km from the D5 motorway (exit 128) and 20 km from the German border – well placed for deliveries to Germany and for serving West Bohemia. Plzeň is about 50 km (35 minutes) away and Prague 130 km. A bus stop directly outside the campus and a railway station within walking distance make commuting easy for staff. The campus already has a company childcare group, with a medical centre, restaurant, café and shop in preparation.

Warehouse and production halls; clear height 10.5 m, column grid 12 × 24 m, floor load 6 t/m² (concrete slab approx. 170 mm); hydraulic dock levellers and drive-in doors, rail siding on site; available power 15 MW; energy-efficient LED lighting (min. 300 lux, DALI control), up to 8% roof skylights; 2.6 MWp solar plant with 2.4 MWh battery storage, energy performance class A, BREEAM Communities certification (Outstanding).
Suitable use
The halls suit light manufacturing, logistics and R&D; the high power capacity, on-site solar generation and rail siding support more energy-intensive production, subject to permits and available power.
