DMC ValMez, in the industrial zone of Valašské Meziříčí in the Zlín Region, offers build-to-suit space in two planned halls: DMC 2 with 12,267 m², divisible into units from 2,016 m², and DMC 3 with 11,638 m². Delivery takes roughly 10–12 months from signing the lease. The existing DMC 1 hall is let.

Location

The roughly 13-hectare site is on Zašovská Street in Valašské Meziříčí, with town bus and railway stops close by and a road towards Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Ostrava is about 40 km away, Zlín 50 km, Žilina 80 km and Brno 140 km, so the park can serve the Moravian-Silesian and Zlín regions as well as northern Slovakia.

Technical specifications

Planned warehouse and production halls built to the dmc construct 4.2 standard with a precast reinforced-concrete frame; clear height 10.2 m; concrete floor rated at 50 kN/m²; 2.7 × 3.0 m doors with hydraulic dock levellers and a 4.0 × 5.0 m drive-in door; offices and staff facilities; the site has a 110 kV connection with its own local distribution system and 11 MW of reserved power, with 13 MW battery storage planned; its own water source and high-capacity rainwater and sewage management; separate energy metering, LED lighting and fire protection; parking with EV charging. On site there is a canteen, a gym and a training and conference centre for up to 150 people.

Suitable use

The halls suit storage, logistics and more energy-intensive manufacturing; production is subject to permits and available power capacity.
