CTPark Ostrava Radvanice offers four planned industrial buildings in Ostrava, the regional capital of the Moravian-Silesian Region in the north-east of the Czech Republic. Buildings OSTR05 (38,404 sq m), OSTR06 (10,087 sq m), OSTR07 (15,201 sq m) and OSTR08 (9,388 sq m) – 73,080 sq m in total – will be developed by CTP on a build-to-suit basis, designed around the occupier’s warehousing or manufacturing operation, with delivery within 12 months.

Location. Lihovarská 84, Ostrava (Radvanice and Slezská Ostrava cadastral areas), next to the Lučina river. Three existing buildings in the park (OSTR01, OSTR03, OSTR04) are fully let.

Available space. There is no vacant built space at present; all availability is new construction.

Specification and permitting. General-purpose production and warehouse buildings to CTP’s standard. Clear height, floor loading, docks and power supply are agreed with the developer according to the occupier’s requirements. The environmental screening (EIA) for the project was concluded on 24 March 2026 with the decision that no further assessment is required.
