Logicor Pilsen is a new logistics and light-industrial park in Plzeň (Pilsen) with a total area of 12,500 sqm. You can lease the whole building or one of two self-contained units: A1 with 7,498 sqm of warehouse space and 774 sqm of offices, or A2 with 3,461 sqm of warehouse space and 600 sqm of offices. The park is under construction and space will be available from Q2 2027.

Location

The site is 4.1 km from Plzeň city centre, opposite the Globus hypermarket, with a direct link to the D5 motorway between Prague and Germany; the German border is about 70 km away. A bus stop is 50 m from the park and a tram stop 1.6 km, so staff from across the Plzeň area can reach it easily.
