DMC Paskov, in Paskov in the Moravian-Silesian Region at exit 43 of the D56 motorway on the edge of Ostrava, offers build-to-suit space in an extension of the DMC 2 hall of approx. 6,000 m², divisible into units from 1,000 m². The extension has a final building permit and can be delivered roughly 4.5 months after construction starts. The existing DMC 1 and DMC 2 buildings are let.

Location

The park is on U Terminálu Street at exit 43 of the D56, which links the D1 in Ostrava with the D48 in Frýdek-Místek, giving fast access to the whole Ostrava area and onwards to Poland and Slovakia. It connects directly to the PKP Cargo International container terminal, with a possible rail siding to the halls, which supports combined rail and road transport; city public transport stops are nearby.
